'cause you scummy Axis dirt-bags can't seem to rule the waves, you'll be happy with ruling the Smack Thread?

Ah, shove it, you! Just because the Allies sank a few Axis boats this weekend at SCRAP (thanks for having me, guys), doesn't mean you can go spewing garbage like that on the mighty Smack Thread!

And yet you just proved my point.

Oh? But why where you so interested in how to mark the location of a sunken wreck if you weren't expecting to become one?
    ...
Eh? Nothing to say to that, huh?

I'll be sure to let you copy it so you can get your "battle" scow back once I'm done with it.

I think you're blowing a lot of hot air for one who's ship hasn't even had windows marked out, much less cut...

Breaking news: Axis scientists have developed, tested, and demonstrated a ship reflotation system to bring sunken ships back to the surface after sinking. The system was intended as a replacement for unreliable recovery floats, but due to the already-known superiority of Axis recovery systems and the obvious fact that Axis ships never really need their recovery systems, has been declared unnecessary for Axis ships. AB manufacturing, the developer of the system, is now looking for Allied buyers looking to replace their faulty recovery floats before the beginning of the Allied-sma... I mean combat season.

Further details on the recovery system are available here:

Not scared, bored...by the unsuccessful attempts of the Allies to show bavado or even stay afloat.
Really, you guys should invest in rubber hulls. At least it will give you a fighting chance. A very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very small chance but it is btter than the one you have now.

That would very cool, WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYY to cool for an Allied boat. Only an Axis boat could pull that off.

The axis pose: the allies show patience.
The axis posture: the allies exercise decorum.
The axis proclaim their superiority: the allies are amused.
The axis sneer: the allies smile knowingly.
The axis sail: the allies sink them.

This is the way of the Allies.

My local club's Allied team just asked for a one-week delay on the first battle of the season so they could re-equip their ships with working floats. They asked me and several other Axis skippers to demonstrate. Methinks they're just hoping for a one-week reprieve plus a chance to see the mighty Prinz Eugen and the rest of the Axis fleet scuttle itself :D

Well I guess it finally happened. I can't believe I am going to say this in public but I think the Allies have finally gotten a little smarter. They admitted to themselves that they need floats because they are going to end up on the BOTTOM and want to find their substandard, pathetic Allied scrap, I mean boats. If they had gotten really smart, they would leave the Allied junk on the bottom, where it belongs, and build Axis!
