Well I have started the painting on the sodak. Some areas will have to be touched up again as the dollarama paint seems to want to chip.

I am hoping sometime soon to get it on the water. I have to install 2 servos. Once that is done I will be doing dry land system checks with my radio on to make sure everything responds correctly.

Servos have been installed. Horns have had cams added to thim to assist with firing. I ran out of gas so I could not test to see how well the poppits fired.

Well that remains to be seen Paul, as NC is faster and from talking to people more manuverable.

No 2 boats are built or operate exactly the same.Shinano or when it was Yamato could turn with a NC. However Musashi and Yamato can turn a good circle for their size but anything shorter will still get a good shot on a longer target. I find my old Bismarck could stay wit Warspite but Warspite's shorter length enabled it to complet it's turn before Bismarck's then the BBS would fly from WARSPITE and Nail Bismarck's bow as it was completing it's turn. Sucks but hey that's the way it is.

I have to agree Curt I have seen John's NC and Bamma both on the water and I would have to say that NC turns much better, but as Bamma was not completed at the time that might have had something to do with it. As for the Bismarck's last year as my ship was out of scale it did not turn as well as Craig's but was much more stable, I will be curious to see how well she handles now that she is legal and with the new rudders and prop she should turn very very well.
