Here are some shots with my resolution to the shatfs on the inside. There is so much shaft that they want to wobble up and down.

I will be cutting a hole so I can run some plastic tie down straps and attach them to the shafts.

Tommorow's plans are cut holes in pvc end caps for the cannons, install the first gear box and install the end caps for barbettes and shave the hatches so they fit better into the deck.

Tommorow is my day off. So I can do some work on it and even get a load of laundry done.

Tommorow's plans are to cut the armour and install. Then put in some water channelling. I have to figure out where the pump will go. I can hear the trembling of the Axis fleet.

This site might be usefull, as a North Corlinia is rather similar to a SD.

I would think that was your Bilge pump as it the German fleet may need to order extras now.

So when will we see the rainbow flag on the Bismark? [}:)]With the crew singing "In the Navy". [:D]

Back to the boat at hand. Sommorow should see some more work on the hull itself to clean off the crap of old balsa. I hope to have the armour protection cut and installed. I will start the water channelling. Once the other gear box arrives i can place the pump and then drill out the pump outlet.
