RE: Hulls, and semi-complete ships for sale The Wind hull looks fantastic. Hmmm maybe it's time for me to add an icebreaker to the fleet.

    The LeTerrible is being held.
Everything else is still up for sale.
I am in discussions with some folks about the Tirpitz, Glorious, Prinz Eugen, Kirishima, and the New Zealand hull, but they are not actually sold yet.

    Some additional info:
The Casement "windows" are .040" ABS held in with Contact Cement. As you can see from some of the photos, a direct BB hit or a push from the inside will pop them off. The half round will pry off with a screwdriver fairly easily. The 12V cans had to be dialed back on the ESC quite a bit to slow to treaty speed (to about 70%).

RE: Hulls, and semi-complete ships for sale mikey,
    interested in the tirpitz
we our fast gun, so in treaty you guys had three engines and used 12 volts. You mentioned the stafts are in the scale location, I think that is what fast gun requires. so the only differece is we use one big engine and the two outboard become dummy props
do you know if this is a BC or swamp kit?
    thx

RE: Hulls, and semi-complete ships for sale I am pretty sure that the Tirpitz is a Ralph C. hull from Canada.
Which I think is also actually a Tirpitz hull. Which is slightly longer than the Bizmarck.
I think around .5 inches longer, or something like that.

To run her in fast-gun, one might have to re-site the center shaft, in order to accept the larger motor,
as this center shaft is pretty low in the hull.
    But perhaps not.

It lookslike one of Ralph's Tirpitz hull. It is just slightly longer but nobody will notice if you make it a Bismarck. All the ships you have for sale look great!

RE: Hulls, and semi-complete ships for sale I have been too busy getting sunk to keep up with my e-mails for the last few days.
I will go through all of the stuff, and post an up-date.
    Sorry for the delays.

RE: Hulls, and semi-complete ships for sale Mikey,
Don't even worry about it, I just knew your Treaty Weekend was over and was wondering where you were at. Not real sure I can swing it anyway. My daughter was married last weekend and some other things have come up. Just drop me a line when you get around to it, or just post it here so everyone knows where you stand.
    Thanks, Skippy

RE: Hulls, and semi-complete ships for sale All
The Wind class ice-breaker, New Zealand, and Le Terrible fiberglass hulls are sold.

The Tirpitz, and Kirishima are sold.

I have decided to keep the Hood, and Prinz Eugen so that we can keep our annual Denmark Straits events going.

Thanks to all for the interest, and purchases.
