    RE: Yamato hull kit for sale Sadly, my better half has also weighed in negatively on buying the hull. When she comes into the shop and starts inventorying the wood you have (verbally, as I watch her do it), you know negotiations aren't going well :)

    Bob, email Brian K (MWCI webmaster) with a few pics, he'll post it in the For Sale section of the MWC site. A lot of people there aren't on this forum and you might get some bites.

    RE: Yamato hull kit for sale You would need to build superstructure, build a main deck, install guns, seal all the wood, cut the windows. The hull kit is a hull, main and secondary turrets and plans.

    RE: Yamato hull kit for sale No, not next year. Actually I am wanting to have a "pretty" ship in my collection. Some time ago there was a superstructure for the Yamato available in resin and/or fiberglass. I don't know where it came from, or if they are still floating around out there. But if anyone knows what I am talking about, please give me an email to point me in the right direction!

    RE: Yamato hull kit for sale BC used to make a fiberglass SS but the kit is in 'redesign', so no idea when they'll be producing it again.
