I think its because its only 1and1/2" wide and 1 long strip plus it gets hot inside because of the motors the hot air expands when I apen the deck I can feel the heat and motors are hot to touch I droped tested it at home it passed without problems but patch it was a pain had to plug it then used heavy silk span on bothsides any damage at a battle I wouldent trust it over 2 to 3 feet.
