Strike Models taking Hull Orders through Sept 7th

    if you need hulls, about the only game in town is the 3d printed stuff from @bsgkid117 and some that lay up their own fiberglass hulls.

    or, wood. wood's a fine material.

    I don't even think you can order plans from Strike models anymore.

    While Strike Models has been out of business for several years ...
    One can still buy beautiful fiberglass hulls from Battlers Connection or Model Ships Ahoy.

    Not to bad talk competition, since I don't make the large majority of what either of these vendors sell, but both have been having serious issues in terms of actually fulfilling orders in timely manners and responding to customer inquiries.

    They do make solid products, but be aware of the issues that veteran captains have been having and discussing off-forum.

    I hope both of them are just having a rough spot and sort the issues out.
