Steve, do you sell drilled pistons separately?

Use plastic pistons and drill them yourself. ;)

Maybe. PM me your piston dimensions and quantity and I'll quote a price.

Steve, I don't have your contact info.
My pistons are probably the same ss you use.
5 mm shaft width about 15 mm long.
Base is not important as it will be cut down.

Randy, you can PM me though this forum, just click on "Start a Conversation" under my avatar pic. Length is important. I bore most of the way through with a 3mm bit and then finish it off with a smaller bit. Trying to bore with the smaller bits results in to much bit breakage.

Those..... oh boy.... oh that's nice....

Hey so drooling aside, if you were to build a custom set for a specific application, what sort of measurements would you need? I'm starting a major refit on an old hull and am thinking of doing something that will require at least a pair of specially-built guns (I'm turning into a neat-freak and this particular spot in the hull is pretty cramped atm) with a lot of power behind them .

it wouldn't be for another six to eight months, but what should I keep in mind as I do the refit?

You could give me a drawing of the cannon outline (or the build envelope) and I could build to that. For power, the longer the uptube and barrel, the more power you will have.

So do these have to be sent back to the manufacturer for maintenance or repair since they seem to be entirely glued together? ;)

Tyng Tech has some of the best time and material rates in the industry. Of course, extended warranty plans are available! ;)

All kidding aside, the piston cap will come of easily enough (blue Loctite) for access to the internals.

Nikki, these guns won't make your boat any better if it's still on the bench. ;)
