Ok Chuck, before you attach the battery tray, be sure to attach the blue stuff to the hull first. Then, cut out the plastic, sintra, whatever into individual strips exactly where they are now and put them into the spaces for your batteries to rest on. You will finish with a channel for the water and four pieces of plastic in between all the spaces... pretty much where it sits now. Be sure to drop you batteries in when you are attaching the tray in the beginning to ensure a nice snug fit.

Not sure how many servos I need for my guns but I have two coming when our radios show up. 2 universals. 2 cannons and all fittings for the cannons. 2 Batteries. That's all I can think of but if there are other that anyone can think of let me know.

I've got 4 guns. Do I need 1 servo per gun or can I use a single servo between 2 guns.

Assuming you are using dual sterns and two sidemounts, you'd need two servos to handle that. One servo will handle the left and right sidemounts: Left will kick the poppet for the left sidemount and right will kick the poppet for the right sidemount. The second servo will control the dual stern guns, and requires a different type of poppet IIRC off the back stick. Front stick is usually used to switch your pump off/on.

That's the standard for gun set up on a QE class battleship.

Two singles up front, one off each side and 2 singles off the back, one off each side. This what I was thinking.

You woul only need two servos one for the front guns and one for the aft guns. Chuck I would make the two guns aft a dual stern mount with the two single side mounts up front. This arrangement is a good all around set up.

There is also one coming with my radio when it gets here. Then I will only need 2 more servos for the guns.

If dual aft guns are the best way to go then that is what I will do.
