Torpedos

    Does anyone know what kind of torpedos are used on a sub? And does anyone know if they are Gas or spring?

    In fast gun, torpedoes aren't allowed. In Battlestations, you use 1/4" diameter rod which is scale length, and propelled by any manner you wish, excluding pyrotechnics and other unsafe stuff. Not sure for 1/144 big gun clubs, might ask in one of their forums, as I'm not sure if they read this one.
