Treaty Bismarck

Thru material is in. Sea Trials tin the morning.

 

I picked up some cotter pins today at work. I plan to use them for the struts on the outer shafts.

 

Superstructure work has started again. Just completed work on the forward bridge area. ( Just aft of "B" turret ) Funnel is in place, epoxy is drying. Hope to start on the hanger and search light area later today. I'll post pictures in the future.

Bismarck s/s work Aug 08, Bridge area

 

Another view of Bismarck. The s/s will be plated with 1/32 and 1/16 aircraft plywood with a coat of West System to seal it.
