Not sure on that Bob. Going to have it hard over as in the final battle? (hehe)

Here's a great source of Bismarck information, if you're interested, even has the paint schemes used at various times.

The struts on the outer shafts have been soldered. Epoxy is now drying where the struts go thru the hull. I epoxied water bottle tops around the struts inside the hull for added strength. I've used this method before with very good results.
    Thanks,

View of the port strut. The strut is made from a cotter pin. Strut goes thru the hull and is epoxied in place. The cotter pins solder very well.
    Thanks,

View of the port and starboard Struts. Notice there are no drag disc. I will not need them as I am using an ESC for both the throttle and the bilge pump.
I'll try to take pictures after the batteries for the camera charge.

The struts are epoxied in the hull. I cut the center out of water bottle tops and use epoxy and glass chop. They are in there pretty solid.

Another view of the same area. You can see motor mounts for the outer shafts should that type of set-up be needed in the future.
The armor belt can be seen on the starboard side.

I don't have much to report on the superstructure As I have been getting ready for my 100 mile bike ride next Saturday. We are riding bikes to raise money for Habitat for Humanity. After that I should be able to get back to it. I'll post more pictures of the s/s when I get it plated and sealed.
Thanks for the comments. I hope to have Bismarck running trials by the end of October.
