Hi Bob. I would check with PBA or rcengr to verify. This is the parent group for treat and we haven't felt the need to change anything during this time. Not sure where Midwest posts their rules or if they use these.

Eric - I thought I read that you changed the speeds in your rules. I can send you a word copy (or RTF) of the 2014 rules so that you can edit and post an update. I also have most other years too.
