El Correcto!!! I probably would have had a harder one, but I didn't think I would get the last one therefore I didn't look for a good question. :)
    You're up, Bob.

Bob, Bob, where art thou, Bob! :) Just as a reminder, it's your turn since you answered the last question correctly. :)

    Multi part hobby related.

What was the first pump in our hobby made out of, two items?

How did we become 144th scale vs some other size?

Name three items in each of our ships named after a person.

I know one of the names. Foster Breech, after James Foster of Sparta, MO, but other than that, I don't know anything else. :)

Early pumps were made of a Penny drilled through the nose (impeller with soldered brass blades), and either baby food lids or PVC plumbing caps for the case.

144/1 became the scale because Stan wanted SAE and Fluegel wanted metric (150/1), Stan won (simple 1" = 12 ').

"Stan's balls" Freon ball used as a gas supply for the gun (Mark 9, Stan's early gun)

Not a person, but the MAG throttle is named after the Maryland Attack Group.

Cool. I'd wondered where the 1/150 references came from.

There is also the J.C. White cannons named for John C White. Now more commonly known as Indiana Cannons because they were used on an Indiana, just like Arizona cannons were used on an Arizona.

    There's the right answers.
DW also wanted to build a Bismarck some day and have it fit in the car he had.
Other named items are the Pearce Pump and Camurati Pump.

The Camurati pump was originally called the "Geek Pump", and the Geek Gun was from the same shop, all things Geekie

    I have a Greg-Pump

I think the wording of your question was a bit subpar though Bob. You asked for "Name three items in each of our ships named after a person" - emphasis mine. Stared at my ship for a good while before deciding I had: Anderson PowerPoles, Mabuchi motors and a Greg-Pump.

So after another stop I've decided to give the trivia a kick-start. Let the trivia go on forever. :)
We're from three different classes that had the same name. We all the the same name as well. What were our names, and what was the name of the class?
    "hint" We're destroyers. :)

Since nobody has tried at a guess, I'll give you a hint. We're British, and the first of the three classes being launched in 1907. :)

Good luck, you're going to need it. :crying:

Gurkha, Mohawk, Nubian, Tartar, Zulu were represented as names of ships in all three of the British Tribal classes.

WINNER!!! The Gurkha actually shouldn't be on the list because it's spelled different in the 1907 class, but you're close enough. :)

    You're up,

Is anybody interested in the trivia anymore? I try to keep it flowing, but it just keeps on stopping.
