These stories have shown up recently claiming to be of a "German WWII midget submarine" washing ashore in Argentina. Well that's cute. Looks like the authors of those articles grabbed stock photos from Google showing a couple of midget submarines in Scotland, rather than finding actual photos of the new find in Argentina. No way to verify anything.
I thought the photos were of two different subs. If it is a German mini sub on an Argentine beach, it piggy backed it's way across the Atlantic on a bigger U-Boat. Probably something locally produced though.
