Behind the scenes item. Mandrill has been our transactional email service provider. That will be coming to an end. In the next week we will be transitioning to SparkPost for this service. Hopefully your emails will not end up in the spam bucket.
Backend updates to Resource Manager, Media Gallery, Xenforo core, Bookmarks, User Upgrades. As always let me know if anything seems broken/different/etc.

Tonight we engaged in a (much longer than planned for) upgrade to Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, which necessitated upgrades to MySQL and PHP. The move to PHP7 induced some delightful headaches, which I _think_ I have resolved. But please let me know if anything is broken, possibly broken, or different.
