Use caution on advice to new recruits

    Don't forget to build the pond so it looks like the Med & Atlantic on one side and the Pacific on the other side.
    Put a dome over it we so we can battle in AC and in the winter.
    Make the bottom sandy so the ships have a soft landing on the bottom.
    Make it shallow enough so my shorts don't get wet.
    Make the shore sloped so I don't have to step down to get the ship.
    Have lots of tables, with concrete under them so I can find my set screw when I drop it.
    Put in speakers so we can listen to AC/DC, no German music!
    Locate it near a major freeway so we can get there easily.
    Needs to be near a town big enough to have lots of places to eat, but not too close so the city grows out there and takes it over.

    Bob, you forgot the need for a nearby campground and motel, sparkling restroom facilities at the pond, good wifi signal, lots of 110 electrical outlets, and a nearby Radio Shack and hobby store.
