I am thinking once it is screwed into place i can epoxy both the deck and subdeck into place. of course the hatches will be marked and cut out first.

I usually have the windows cut first, then I screw the sub deck to the deck and fit it to the hull. Make sure it is within dimensions (width does not exceed stated beam in rules) I then allow a bit for balsa and silkspan (1/8th??)
Ca deck/sub deck to hull and epoxy upside down from below first. Tape the topside deck and the epoxy will fill the gap nicely. Flip and fill rightside up and done...

Windows are already cut. I just have to install rudder shaft before I attach the sub deck. Some CA and flat head machine screws should hold it in place until the resin can go in.

Speaking of machine screws. i went out to maritime Hobbies today. I picked up some flat head screws. So i was on the way to work and I ran into a police check point. Of course my MVI expired and I got smoked for a fine of167.71.

Anything to take a buck out of your pocket, I always have to pass speed traps around here. Looking for anything they can get you on.

Pump sensor update... Either green wire when under water may possible set pump off. I made sure both my sensors were the same height off the bottom and neither was touching metal on the pump. Otherwise they will be problematic and run when there is no water, just wet. Make sure you set yours up this way. Checking them can be done with a wet sponge across the two contacts( I use brass). I figured this out during this week's pump testing...

Here are some pics of the subdeck. I have started tool dipping some servos so I can start making my throttle.

Thanks Curt. I think next thing will be to pre-cut some hatches and then resin on the main deck. Once done then I can start working the internals. Servos have been tool dipped.

Paul for the electrical throttle switches The COM goe to a single motor. One side goes to Neg the other goes to pos. The motors connect to each other Motor 1 Pos to Motor 2 Neg and Motor 1 Neg to Motor 2 Pos for counter rotating.
The swithces connect like this NC TO NC AND NO TO NO. Choose one of switches to use the NC and the No for the battery leads. At the top NC is a battery lead and NO is a battery lead.

    That's basically it.

This is what I am looking at in terms of wiring the motors.

That's basically what I decribed to you but without the pump or Team Delta Card. Are you going with a Team Delta Card?
