Thanks Iceman. Do you put anything on the end of the sensors? So here are more pics of the build.

Brass keys. I had a problem with my backup sensor last night. Now it comes on with water and stays on. I will be revising the electronics so have a back up plan. The good news is it stays on, not off so once you are wet, it's on. The bad news is it will drain the 7.2 packs quick.
maybe have a manual switch just in case...

Thanks Iceman. I will be testing the switch when I sheet the hull. The pump is being run through the main drive batteries.

Paul page 16 and 17 there are pics of the dual setup. On the radio box the valves on the right are for A and B turret dual sidemounts. The other pic shows a close up of the actuators. I got the graph layout but am at my place so unable to post from here. I will try to get it to you tomorrow .

10- 32nd clippard fitting port? If so they make little screw plugs, if you have no plugs a 10-32nd screw would work, just use blue locktite to seal it. Actually, use blue locktite to seal all your clippard threads, you won't be sorry and it comes apart if needed.

Correct Blue Loctite is temporary and red is permanent. I used small drop of Ca on my threads and it seals like a charm.Never wiggles loose either with short large hoses that want to pry everything off. Note though if you try that you have to be quick to get it secured. Also make sure it's medium ca and not super thin or it will run inside and gum up stuff.

Blue breaks free using standard tools, Red you can break free but you have to torch it first.

The same goes for the CA. You have to torch it to break it loose.

I picked up the thread lock. i have started threadlocking the pneumatics. I have found a 10/32 screw to plug a 4 port x fitting.. More pneumatic work tommorow.

I have also got some pump hose and it has been attached. I just need some more resin to make sure the motor mounts do not move.

The pneumatics have been completed. No leaks. No blown hoses. cannons fire. It is just a little clean up to make sure the deck fits snugly. Next step. Complete armor belt and then start sheeting. The hose has been connected to the pump.

Duals are working. I just have to tidy up the hoses so the deck fits in snugly.

Excellent Paul. Great job! Now keep the duals away from Bismarck and we will get along just fine at NATS. heh

I think "a" Bis will get stung by duals. But not the Stokeamoto. Next step is to complete internal armor and then sheet the hull. The pump switch will be connected when the hull is sheeted so I can see which way the impeller runs.
