This is good. Tommorow i will use the drill and create a hole in the wooden motor mount to attach a plastic tie.

I'm glad it arrived safe. Enjoy never thinking about if your pump is on...
30 amp relay should handle most pumps

Great Paul. How reliable are these switches? I may look into getting one for Bismarck.

I would talk to Iceman (Rob A) as he constructed it. It is encased in resin with the wires marked to which item. I will post a pic of it.

I had one failure in 7 years and it wasn't the switch, the motor failed. I will have a few at nats, I'll set you aside one.

Well some more progress today. The shafts were resined in today. I used this two part resin and it was more like a thick paste rather than liquid.
The shafts are now fully secured.

Hi Paul This is Faye. The boat is looking good. Can't wait to see what all this is about. Why you guys spend hours, no days working only to distroy it.

Paul to prevent it from ooozing through the other side place painters tape on the underside. Peel off when the resin is dry.

That was done. The outside on the hull came out smooth. I used a bit of the liquid bondo resin to fill in any gaps on the outside of the shafts.
