    Those are fletcher class blue prints. Which is what you asked for. But ok.

    Not trying to be picky here but, what are you looking for cuz "Full Scale" Plans would be 376.5 ft or 114.8 m long and 39.5 ft or 12.0 m wide, IF someone had "Full Scale" plans I dont think you would want to pay the shipping cost. With that being said, what is it you need, the link he gave you is not construction blueprints, but rather general plans to give engineers and the Navy a broad outline of the ship’s design. so are you saying you want Builders Blueprints? I believe i have 144th scale prints of a fletcher class or 2 maybe, think one is round bridge and the other is square, its been a while.
