Hi, im looking for some easy to understand USS Fletcher plans, I found this image(https://www.hnsa.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/dd445.pdf) but i dont know how to use its unit of measurement. I have never built a model before, so forgive me if its obvious. I want to build the hull and not purchase something plastic, I saw this thread(https://rcwarshipcombat.com/threads/fletcher-class.445219/) but its original post is missing and I dont know what website it was supposed to be recommending. I'd prefer free plans, but if its reliably good for under $15 I'd pay for quality. Thanks!
