    I use a cheap bench top cut off saw from harbor freight (~$25) to cut brass. Cuts quick, leaves a decent finished cut and its always square.

    Hm, that would be very useful. I am in Canada though, any have any ideas where I could get one of those in Canada?
    Side note to my question above, I found some on ebay, would be about $47 +$10 shipping...though might be worth it...I could seee so many uses for that bugger.
