    Or, alternately, a couple of LST escorts

    I seriously want to see how many hits it takes to sink this thing.

    betting it'd take like 200 belows and still be able to make it back to port

    It does, surprisingly, turn. Considering it has two microscopic 1.5" x 1" rudders, I'd call that turning circle totally acceptable. Possibly even surpasses expectations.

    Needs some ballasting for sure, I'd do lead sheet/bar right on the bottom of the hull to try and counteract the natural carrier top-heaviness. Being as heavy as she is, I'd expect an operational weight in the 40~s lb to get the tip under control.
