It does, surprisingly, turn. Considering it has two microscopic 1.5" x 1" rudders, I'd call that turning circle totally acceptable. Possibly even surpasses expectations. Needs some ballasting for sure, I'd do lead sheet/bar right on the bottom of the hull to try and counteract the natural carrier top-heaviness. Being as heavy as she is, I'd expect an operational weight in the 40~s lb to get the tip under control.
