Can you see the Montana hull? If you look to the right of Tirpitz's bow and through the frame of the VDT you can see the light grey hull of Montana. The green hull sitting on top is the Dunkerque with the barbette of Konig just proturding above that. The Montana sub deck is sitting atop of Nagato which is sitting on top of Tirpitz. There's a VU on top of VDT. The top shelf to the far right is Bismarck's superstructure. In front of that is Roma's hull. Behind it is the Iowa's bow and forward section of the hull. On top of that is the Graf Spee hull.

In the yard we have Montana, Rodney, Dunkerque, Prince of Wales, Konig, Von Der Tann, Viribus Unitis, Svant Estvan, Roma, Tirpitz, Nagato, Yamato, Missouri, Iowa, Mutsu,Erebus, T-2 Tanker, Graf Spee,North Carolina, for a total of 19 models. 17 of them are on the shelf above me.

Could I see photos of the Rodney? NC is looking cool! Looks more the real thing than the real thing.:)

Rodney is just a hull right now uncut. Do you still want to see it?

The base of the funnels I attached the cowling platform rings thingys I don't what they are called, today. I added railing around the funnel cowling platform and attached a small catwalk to the front of the funnel near the top with a small antennae on it. I completed the triangular detail behind the aft Gun director, the one near the 2nd funnel at the rear of the funnel. Sanded the funnels again and trimmed the cowlings at the base and the top of the Funnels. Shortened the rear funnel just slightly and it's at the correct height now. Things are moving along nicely. I am still waiting for the termite armor to arrive from the Captain of the NC along with 3 bb cannon straight mags that are removed from his Graf Spee. When they arrive the termite armour will be attached and I can begin the installation of the triple cannons in the aft barbette.

Attached the antennaes to the sides of the forward funnel, attached the long ladders to the front of both funnels. More rails added today. Added the grill work to the top of the funnels. Made an exhaust pipe and installed to the top of both funnels.Cut out gun tub walls for the 40mm Bofors. I had a long section of plastic plumbing pipe and it was sized perfectly for the gun tubs. I will be installing bottoms for them then I will make the Bofors and mount them inside the tubs.Attached the liferafts to the main turrets. I will go back to the shed this evening and get pics.
