Beaver that's some of the pictures of the Rodney/Nelson hull. I have main turrets and secondaries for it and a very good set of plans for it.

More work on the superstructure. Working on the antennae platforms around the top platform of the main command tower and installing the antennas. Looking very busy up there on the tower. Made the radar thingy that sits atop the rangefinder aft on it's small control tower . More railing went aboard.

Finished the detail on the top of the command tower. Antennaes in place. Now I can move on to the next stage and that is getting the barrels installed in the secondairies and install their revolving bases. Still awaiting the termite armor and the 3 straight mag cannons for the stern.

Finished making the do dads that sit atop the secondary gun radar directors. There are 4 , one aft , one forward , and one on either side of the forward funnel. I then made and completed the starboard boat crane. It's not exact looking however it looks good and fits nicely and swivels well. It can be removed if needed with no effort. I also added screen to the openings on top of the funnels. Tomorrow I make the port boat crane and get that installed. Then I will work on making the bottoms for the 5 in secondaries and installing the barrels at 45 degree angle. Once done I will have to waterproof the circular bases for them that came with the kit. The superstructure is really coming along well. Nearly done as far as assembly is concerned. Once I get the secondaries done I hope to have the termite armour so I can sheet the sides. Still awaiting the 3 straight mags for the stern cannon setup. Will take some pics tomorrow.

The boat cranes are done and now aboard. The rear mast is installed and completed. Tomorrow work on the secondary guns and installing the gun barrels. I didn't get them done today so tomorrow I hope to have them ready. Then the dummy barrels will be made and installed in the 2 forward turrets. Deck clutter on the 01 level will begin and then I will install the port holes around the bridge . Life boats to be made more doors to be added. Search lights to be made and installed then the 40 mm bofor mounts to make and installl in the tubs on the upper levels. Then the bow 20mm AA guns to be made. More rails to add to the o1 level area. Anchor chains and anchors and the rest of the details will follow. So some pics tomorrow to get after I clean up the work stations in the shed. The bilge keel I am thinking of not attaching it as it is really small and it's location on the hull is going to present it to a lot of abuse. I am thinking of using the Earth Magnets to secure the superstructure to the deck and I may use them to secure the deck to the sub-deck.
