BTW - I'm still looking for a decent set of General Plans for the Wyoming class battleship.

 

I found a set of plans on-line, but they are not free, someone is selling them for $15.99. I won't post a link to his advertisement as you requested. Will keep looking for free for you when I get the time.

 

Here is a site with 210 free plans, but mostly European warships, appear to be very detailed. I open one up, and it had 21 drawings for the one ship.

I posted a 144 scaled version of the Texas plans to the resource section. These are from the BGP available on hnsa.org and are suitable making the superstructure. I also included rib outlines in 1:200 scale that are based on files that were available on the USS Texas memorial website.

 

This is a gorgeous old ship particularly when sporting her white and gold paint... probably not the most stealthy paint job a warship has ever used.

 

I must be doing something wrong on that site. All I get is the thumbnail image.

 

I don't think the website is working properly right now.... the first time I checked it while back I was only get the thumbnails.... but then figured out how to download zip or rar files that had all of the pages... for the life I me I can't remember how I did it now....
