    I was looking at the pages of ribs and, on the first page, it seems like the top row is the bow sections working aft and the bottom row is stern sections working forward. Is that true for all three pages?

    Yes, that's right. If you lined up the rib files in order, (1-2-3) the top will be the bow to the midsection working left to right and the bottom will be the midsection to the stern working right to left.
