    I probably should have made the trim edge a bit wider, but this was as big as I could get out of the piece of plywood that I had on hand.

    I have finally gathered all necessary supplies to make the mold and the hull with. :woot: The hand sanitizer is not required to build the mold or the hull. ;)

    And yes, that is a Christmas tree still lit up in the background.... :oops:

    I would wax the ever-living stuff out of it... about 12 times. And then start with the gel coat after a few days for the wax to outgas... Bob Pottle could give better advice than I on this subject.

    That's how Bob P does his molds. Very easy to work with.
