    Hello All
There has been a change in location , it is now being held at the Licking County Coon hunters club in Newark Ohio. This is due to some medical issues that our host is having , so it was moved to Newark. Ok Also I have gotten a couple of sponsors for door prizes and in the process of talking with two more. I will keep you posted when all the dust is settled I will announce them. Thank you all.

    Hi All

Ok it would really help me out if some would submit their entry fess for the conference. Remember we have some really great prizes to give !! Also we have a great place in a park like setting with a club house, full bathrooms. Also Coon hunters club will be doing lunch on Saturday for $6.00 per person. Camping is available and we can do cook outs . Primitive camping is free, Electric is $10.00 perday.

So here is the cost wise.

    $45.00 for 4 days

$15.00 per day if you don't go for the 4 day deal.

    Send your entry fees to
