A person in the OAF is building a ship, but won't tell us what it is, just giving clues so maybe you guys can help:
    The Clues:
    1. she has a seaplane.
    2. she has a main armament of 4 guns, of 5inch 38 caliber
    3. anti aircraft guns of 20 and 40 mm size
    4. 3 propshafts 1 rudder
    5. Allied

    Any Ideas?

All I can think of is a Wind class Icebreaker. Not sure if it had a float plane though.

EDIT- Floatplane was fitted, a Grumman Duck so that would be my guess.

I think so. I don't believe the person in my club (Ontario Attack Force) has said for sure. But it is the only possible answer I've seen so far.

I have to agree with that. I like the smaller and earlier ships myself.

I'm kind of equal opportunity myself as far as size goes, but I do like the older ships.

I've got a wind class hull that I eventually intend to build the USS Burton Island out of. She was my Father's ship.
