I was looking through some plans on the internet and found a set of Bismarck plans. It didn't take me long to spot one significant error made by the draftsman though. Can anybody else spot it?
I wouldn't know if that is accurate or not, but the error I see is very significant and doesn't need another plans set to expose.
Looks like it has 4 props, the center one at the top intersects the hull, making it look like its offset to the side. With some kind of strut arrangement holding it?
Leaving the three-or-four-props thing aside, the most obvious thing to me is that it's not cleanly joined. This was originally two different pages, and had to be digitally combined, but the person who did it buggered it all up. There's a section missing in the middle. I can't tell exactly how much, but there's definitely a portion missing.
The ships cranes are on an upper platform as in the Tirpitz and the Bismarck's are located on the main deck. OMG that is a bad blunder there.
Funnel and cap, range finders were spotlights should be, single rudder, stern anchor is on the wrong side, hangers missing, range finders on the mid 5.9"missing, the cranes are blocking the 4.1"plus on the wrong deck and four screws. Many other mistakes.
