IJN Yamato and IJN Akagi in the triple deck mode. Yamato is a standard fiberglass hull while Akagi will be a learning project on a cnc mill I picked up

Building new master bedroom, bath, and office in unfinished upstairs of new house I'm about to move in to. Then (possibly still this winter) building a separate shop / garage. Then getting back to work on my Steampunk cruiser & SMS Scharnhorst

Build Benchs for, assemble/install, and upgrade these:

Fiddle with this, maybe build it:

And a host of other projects....

Better to burn out than rust out.

Should be working on this hull in a few weeks when it arrives in Texas and makes its way to Houston. IMG_1974.JPG
Have a 'box o guts' sitting on the table waiting for her to arrive. Just made up a mold for the secondaries from one that was 3D printed and pulled a an initial copy. Still need to acquire the mains and AA mounts and work on a super.

Boats hanging from the rafters, general disarray "but functional"... Is this the often rumored "tuggy secret workshop, western group"? Is this where Tuggy has been hiding??

Finishing up the Barham. New motors in my Mogador. Might build a prototype Steampunk PC for testing.

Mike, Where did you find plans for that? That's an allied boat in WWI.

That I did :) I'm appreciative of the fact that you put them up there. Also found a nice Macchi M.33 that I'll put on the cat once she's finished. Not as scale as the IMAM Ro.43, but I couldn't resist a 1/144 m.33 painted red with the Italian colors on the tail.

    Blue boat thing???

I'm guessing you mean the hull skeleton on the floor? That's the Deutschland class predread hull I did in CAD and got laser cut. It is somewhere on the very long boat project list.
