I had a choice for my Bday ... grab a bunch of prem stuff on WoW ... or order a 3d printer...

 

Anybody interested in forming a team in WOW?

 

sure. I have up to t8's (Tirpitz & New Orleans)

 

Sure I have up to Tier 9.

 

I do not have Tier 7 or Tier 6. Got everything else from Tier 1 to premium Tier 8 Atago and my Iowa Tier 9. I have a Kongo too.

 

Have any decent tier 5's? Team play is limited to tiers 5 and 6.

 

Tier 6: Independence CV, Aoba CA, Nurnberg CA (well, CL really)
Tier 5: Murmansk CA.

I have an open "bay" available and plenty of cash if you want me to repurchase something else.

 

I have the Kongo .

 

Hmm... I'm not seeing a lot of competitive tier 6 assets. I can bring the Warspite, Fuso, Cleveland, Ognevoi, and Independence to the team. I need everyone's WOW screen name to set up a team. Mine's SteveT44.

 

When you get some tier 5 and 6 ships let us know!

I'd be up for joining a team. I have a Kamaikaze R with 5.4 km detection that is a wicked little ship, Farragut to counter IJN destroyers, Cleveland for AA among others.

I'd especially be interested in working with folks from this group as you have a deeper appreciation for the ship roles and tactics compared to the average gamer....

Update: Benson, New Orleans, Ranger, Colorado. Hatsu, Nagato, Aoba (tough grind), Emden, Yorck, Tirpitz. Plus some older boats I kept b/c they're so fun (St. Louis!)

 

Really frustrating I can't get a Tirpitz......Anyone know why the German selections are so limited? Seems dumb.

 

I'll get some team invites out this evening. Haven't been playing much. Been getting the Mogador ready for Memorial day.

 

OK, I've started the "Dreadnought Overlords" team in WOW. A couple of invites have been sent out. If you want to join I need your WOW names. Pigeon, FYI, your account isn't up to par yet for team play.

Right now it looks like all DD teams are dominating so any and all tier 6 DD's are welcome!

 

I'm level 12 now. Got no dd though. I have up to tier 6 US BBs and working my way up the German cruiser list now.

 

I got too hung up on grinding xp to get the ships I wanted. The switch over to German forced me to learn better tactics and citadel hit points to aim for. The German cruisers seem like they're made of glass so careful maneuvering is key. Battling with a fully upgraded Yorck now saving up for a Hipper. Hopefully I'll have the required 9 million credits by the time I get there.
