I get the distinct impression he's looking for a ship that's already completed, any ship, that can be run right now.

    All,

The 1/144 Kongo hull and the 1/96 Balao hull kit has been sold. The MicroMark XY table, the 1/96 Artemis, the 1/96 Liberty ship, and the 1/192 Missouri hulls are all still available. Mark has 1st dibs on the Artemis and Liberty ship hulls.

Since no one has shown any interest in the 1/192 scale Missouri (big surprise), I'll probably list that hull on ebay sometime next week.

PowderMonkey, if you're still interested in the XY table, please send me an email.

    Thanks,

    Carl

    Sean,
The best beginner ship I have at the moment is the HMS Kent (can be built as the Spanish Canarias if you want to roll en español). Those are sold as a bare hull, although I also sell the other parts to make it battleworthy (motors, pumps, driveshafts, etc). I recommend either that hull, or one of the HMS Indefatigable hulls that Froggyfrenchman is selling on here. Either way it's going to take some work to get them rolling.

I do not recommend the 1/192 scale Missouri hull since no one battles in that scale.

I have a partially completed DKM Scharnhorst hull that I will be posting later.

    PowderMonkey,

I just emailed you back. Please let me know if you didn't get it.

I'm asking $85+shipping for the XY table and matching vise. A link to the MicroMark webpage for the XY table is in my 1st post to this thread. I'll try to post pictures of my actual XY table and vise on Monday.

    Thanks,

    Carl

Heh. Indeed! Her only flaw is that she does not share my opinion that Buckaroo Banzai was the greatest movie ever made. Actually, she kind of holds the direct opposite opinion. That lead to the first fight, wherein I informed her of my opinion of Star Trek: Voyager. (Crack Party in the writers room!)

Voyager had a few redeeming qualities. 7 of 9 for instance...
