I am so happy! I finally found a Canadian site that had the small 3.5oz CO2 bottles in stock for $29.95/ea, AND they also stocked the replacement screw on/off shuttoff valves for $19.95/ea.

Everything considered, they worked out to $60/ea including tax and shipping which is better than Battler's $59.00 USD before the dreaded UPS shipping charges and customs hit.

I ordered 3 sets of them (to get a shipping discount on orders over $150), 1 for Dreadnaught and 1 for my cruiser, so if anyone else needs a small tank I have one spare for the above mentioned $60 and it includes a spare O-ring (I ordered an extra one per tank).

The order should arrive next week, so sorry, too late for this weekend.
Now if we can find cheap, lightweight regulators we'll be all set.

LOL, man didn't even give me time to edit my post to mention the free O-ring. KK, Paul, it's yours.

If you can get more for resale or post a link to the source I'll buy 3.

    Hi Bob!

Ah, that's right. You were planning on building up some cruisers this winter weren't you? Sorry, I should have thought to cross post this to the Treaty group as well. Doh!

    Here's the link.

    Visit this site

It's more cost effective to order a minimum of $150 like I did to get the free ground shipping. Then you only have tax and handling charge to pay. I received the shipping confirmation email about an hour after I placed the online order today.

3 tanks + 3 on/off valves and O-rings worked out perfectly for me.

Curt, YOU needing tanks? I am stunned! Man, from discussions in Fredericton last month I thought you already had enough of EVERYTHING to practically open your own store? :)

Any idea when you might be over to Halifax/Dartmouth? If you didn't want to do the bulk order yourself I could order them for you about 2 weeks in advance of your coming up to make sure they get here in time.

It would be nice to find some cheap light-weight regulators to go with them but so far I haven't stumbled over any. I wonder if BC has theirs custom built specifically for rc combat rules?

Shouldn't be any problem, just have to drop by my son's apartment and grab my paintball gear.

I'll post later tonite to confirm I have it.

Mac that would work for me. 2 -3 wks in advance of sounds good to me. Thanks Mac. What I brought to Frederiction was my downsizing. You should have seen what I used to take as a norm when I headed to the Grove.

Huzzah! The three 3.5oz tanks and smart(on/off) adapters just arrived today
in the mail, along with the extra o-rings.

Ordered on the 15th, arrived on the 22nd, 7 days total.

Paul, let me know when you want to pick up your tank, assuming you
still need one. At $60 I'm sneaking in a whole 42 cents profit on
    handling. LOL

Curt- Obviously we should only need 2 weeks notice to ensure your
tanks arrive when you need them.

Note to all- I asked them about stock levels for the tanks and on/off valves and they said they have plenty and can restock very quickly so we should be good. Nice to have a confirmed source.

Mack do you have anymore of those 3.5 oz bottles? If not where did you get them and how much were they?

The link is there -- it's just hidden -- click on the text "Visit this site" and it will take you there. Unfortunatley the 3.5 bottles are all sold :(

Mark, the link to the regulators is http://www.co2pros.com/oemhome.aspx The last time I talked to Mack about them he was waiting for a reply from the supplier about new part numbers. I would assume that the new numbers would be on the website.
