You guessed it I need more help US 5" Dual Turret

    US 5" Dual Turret secondary’s from B/C I have two questions

    1) What do you use for and how do you secure the barrels [?]
    2) What kind of paint do you use I don’t want any checking [?]

    I think most guys epoxy in small brass tubes to serve as barrels. Use the same paint as you use on your hull :)

    what size tube for the 5" 1/16 or 1/8or?

    lol my guess is whichever looks best! Maybe some piano wire would look good, something thin I'd think. Just about anything will work, it's what will look best that matters!

    What I can recommend is that you DON'T use any of that aluminum tubing you can get at your hobby shop. That stuff is not very gunfire resistant. On my Invincible my dummy barrels and mast legs are all deformed and need to be replaced with something more sturdy.

    I hear you there just looking to cheat a little.[}:)] My head hurts from trying to figure all this Stuff out. so I got to thinking if I can fall back on you old pros and steal a secret here or there why not. Why waste 20 min looking for something to work if some one has already. Than I can move on to other things Time is a wasting I wont be denied this season![;)]

    You can also use plastic coffee stir sticks. Easily available. [:)]

    I’m not sure but do I need to use decaffeinated when I’m target shooting[:p]
