The lid doesn't need to be optically clear, just translucent. PLA would probably work : )

A stack of parts for the test cannons. Aluminum accumulators are all drilled up, and pressure-bearing printed parts have received an acetone vapor bath for strength. Magazines fit nicely together, just need a few holes tapped. Now all I need to do is design and print some lids, then stick it all together.

If these cannons work decently well, then over the winter I hope to add triples to the lineup, along with larger-diameter magazines for bigger boats.

Hi I'm new to the hobby

Can someone explain how this goes tougher? I need to redesign it for a smaller bb.

    Thanks in advance,

Hey Spencer, just some advice. Gun armed cruisers in Big Gun aren't that popular, due to limited effectiveness and difficulty building, so I would probably consider a torpedo armament as a primary.

Ok, that makes sense. Stear clear from big-gun cruisers.

Does anyone have a complete cad drafts for this? I was thinking of using this for torpedoes, or main turrets for a capital ships, and I need files for CNCing the spring shaft.

Sorry about bothering all of you,
