For moving boats from your house to the battle lake, what are you captains using? I have seen a few home-made rigs (yamato ship launcher comes to mind), what do you use to get the ship in the water other than your hands or back?
    Pictures if you have them

I'll dig through my archive of pic's and see if I can find something to post. I built storage/transport boxes for all my boats. I used the hull station spec's to build a cradle for the ship to sit in and the box top that locked on for transport but once lifted off left you a platform to work from. Think inverted box with the larger part able to be lifted off, the boat sitting on the lid. I painted the national flag on the sides of the box and the silhouette of the ship on the top. This allowed me to stack my "boxes" during storage and transport without fear of damage to the ships inside.

I was thinking of a Tamia king hauler with a custom boat trailer. Or one of the 6x6 rc crawlers.

Depending on the pond conditions wheels could easily get stuck where as tracks spread the load out bettet

Fill the tubes with sand or it will float and you won't be able to recover it. I made it out of Aluminum and it works wonderful but the thing still weighted 59 lbs (IJN Musashi)

Are you going to re-purpose a bobcat or something?

that would have to be massive and heavy to lift something the weight of the yamato that high on long enough of an arm to avoid swimming itself.
