Looking for St. Louis-class cruiser Plans

    Hey all!
    I am looking for plans or even decent profile views of the 1920's St. Louis-class cruiser (as seen in World of Warships)

    I'm planning to do a non-combat build from fiberglass and foam but extra large at around 5-6 feet long so that I can use it in the sometimes choppy water at my local boat club. But I just can't seem to find any plans for it anywhere, I am open to suggestions.

    I think he had the plans by Ed Wiswesser. At least that is what they look like to me
