If you felt the desire to make your tippy heavy cruiser slightly tippier for the sake of added detail, the Dunkerque Superstructure (for the aircraft catapults) provided by the awesome @rcengr and his collection of WW2 French Boats can give your boat the added detail to make it look even prettier at the cost of stability. Also, his French Loire 130 catapult scout plane could also add some nice detail.

Combine this with @Beaver 's awesome Suffren Build Thread and the hull frame plans he was kind enough to upload and you end up with a very capable rookie/backup cruiser, easy to build and very competitive with her contemporary cruisers. 1 driven prop, 2 drag discs, 2 rudders, 2 1 unit stern cannons and a full 1 unit pump give the Suffren a wonderful well rounded performance with low cost construction.

To see this superstructure on an actual boat-in-progress, see >here<
